Refund Policy – Target NEET Kulgam

At Target NEET Kulgam, we are committed to delivering high-quality academic coaching for Classes 9th to 12th, including NEET and JEE aspirants under the JKBOSE and CBSE curricula.
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for fees paid.

1. Admission & Fee Payment

• Admission to any course at Target NEET Kulgam is confirmed only after the full or partial payment of the prescribed fee.
  
  

• The fee must be paid directly at the institute or through an officially approved payment method.
  
  

• Once paid, the fee is considered non-refundable unless stated otherwise in this policy.
  
  

2. General Refund Rule

• All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  
  

• Refunds are exceptions and will be processed only in specific cases outlined below.
  
  

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted only in the following situations:

a. Course cancellation by the institute:
If Target NEET Kulgam cancels or discontinues a course or batch due to low enrollment or unavoidable reasons, students are entitled to:

• A full refund of the paid fee, or
  
  

• A transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost.
  
  

b. Withdrawal before commencement:
If a student withdraws before the course begins, the institute may grant a partial refund subject to a 20% administrative deduction from the total fee.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• Once classes have started.
  
  

• If the student leaves voluntarily for any reason (personal, academic, or medical).
  
  

• If the student is expelled or suspended due to misconduct or violation of institute rules.
  
  

• For online courses, once access credentials or study materials have been shared.
  
  

5. Refund Request Procedure

1. The student (or parent/guardian) must submit a written refund request to the administration, clearly stating the reason and including proof of payment.
   
   

2. The institute will review and respond to refund requests within 20 working days.
   
   

3. Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days through the original payment method.
   
   

Note: The institute is not responsible for processing delays caused by banks or third-party payment gateways.

6. Special Considerations

In exceptional cases, such as verified medical emergencies or relocation, management may consider refund requests outside the standard terms.
Such cases must be supported by valid documentation and will be handled at the discretion of the institute’s management.

7. Disputes

Any dispute regarding fee refunds or policy interpretation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kulgam, Jammu & Kashmir (India).
